The story
Send Like a Pro started with a YouTube video I made in 2016 because creating a decent Gmail signature was far harder than it should have been.
I recorded a straightforward walkthrough showing how to build one from scratch, uploaded it to YouTube and largely forgot about it.
The video has now been watched more than 1.2 million times.
The comments showed where people were getting stuck. Photos disappeared, fonts changed and layouts that looked fine in Gmail broke in Outlook. The same questions kept coming from freelancers, business owners and people who simply wanted their emails to look professional.
Eventually, building a tool made more sense than answering the same questions repeatedly.
Send Like a Pro handles the technical part of creating an email signature, including the table-based HTML, inline styling and the formatting needed for clients such as Gmail and Outlook. You enter your details, customise the design and see the result in a live preview.
Building and previewing the signature is free. When you are happy with it, you pay $8 once to copy or download it. There is no subscription, account requirement or Send Like a Pro watermark added to your emails.
I am an SEO specialist and the person behind She Knows Digital. I built Send Like a Pro myself and continue to run it myself. If something is unclear or does not work properly, you can tell me directly. I am also the person who will fix it.
Email signatures are deceptively difficult to build. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile email apps do not all interpret HTML in the same way. Some have limited support for modern CSS, while older versions of Outlook are particularly restrictive.
The most reliable approach is still table-based HTML with inline CSS. It is effective, but tedious to create manually.
Send Like a Pro generates that structure for you. Add your contact details, brand colour, photo or logo, social profiles and an optional booking link. The generator turns them into HTML designed to work across the major email clients.
You can copy the finished signature directly into Gmail or download it for Outlook and Apple Mail. It costs $8 once and remains yours to use.
As with any email signature, I recommend sending yourself a test before using it widely. Email clients have their quirks, and I would rather be honest about that than promise perfect rendering in every version of every app.
