The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to Send Like a Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the generated signature for personal or commercial use.
You retain intellectual property ownership rights over any content you submit (such as your name, title, photo, or contact details used to build your signature). We do not claim ownership of your content.
The text of your signature is stored in your browser and we have no access to it. Images you upload are the exception: they are stored on our image hosting so they can display inside your emails. By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to use it, and you grant us permission to store and serve it for that purpose.
Image hosting is provided as a convenience and is not a guaranteed or perpetual service. The one-time fee covers building and downloading your signature — it does not purchase indefinite image hosting.
We may change, suspend or discontinue image hosting at any time, without notice. If we do, hosted images will stop loading, and signatures containing them will appear broken — including in emails you have already sent.
You are therefore responsible for:
No refund arises from image hosting being discontinued or unavailable. If you would prefer not to depend on our hosting, use the "paste an image URL" option in the generator and point to an image you host yourself.
Under EU consumer rights laws, customers purchasing digital goods generally have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing or downloading digital goods from our platform, you expressly agree to waive your right to this cooling-off period.
This means that once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, you are no longer eligible for a refund, unless the product is faulty or does not function as described.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.

The materials appearing on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. Send Like a Pro does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
