Send Like a Pro is owned and operated by Magdalena Zywica, who is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about any privacy matter at hello@sheknowsdigital.com.
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: "voluntarily provided" information and "automatically collected" information.
"Voluntarily provided" information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using our services. "Automatically collected" information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser — including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other details about your visit.
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect data about your device, such as device type, operating system, and geo-location data.
The details you type — your name, job title, contact details, social links — are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We never send or store the text of your signature on our servers. It stays on your device.
Images are the one exception, because an email signature cannot display a photo that only exists on your computer. See below.
If you choose a photo, logo or banner using the upload button, that image is stored on our image hosting so it can be displayed inside the emails you send. This is the only personal data of yours that reaches a server.
What happens to it:
images.sendlikeapro.com.If you would rather not upload anything, use the "or paste an image URL" option instead and point to an image you already host. Nothing is uploaded to us in that case.
To have an uploaded image deleted, email us the address of the image and we will remove it. Be aware that this will break that image in emails you have already sent.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store any payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the collection and use of payment data. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment from Stripe.
We use two kinds of browser storage, and we treat them differently.
These stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and are set without asking because the site cannot work without them. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
These are only set if you agree to analytics on the cookie banner. If you decline, they are never written.
If you agree to advertising, Google may also set cookies to measure which ads brought you here. We are not running ads at the time of writing.
Embedded video content may set its own cookies if you choose to play it — see Third-Party Services below.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you agree to analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in either category is set until you choose, and declining is as easy as accepting.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing takes effect immediately.
We use Google Consent Mode, which means your choice is passed to Google's tags directly. While you have declined, those tags do not read or write cookies and cannot identify you; Google may still receive an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed.
With your agreement, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — how many people start building a signature, which steps they complete, and where they give up. We use this to improve the tool.
We record four events: starting the generator, completing a signature, clicking through to payment, and completing a purchase. None of them include your name, email address, or any other detail you type into the signature builder. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on.
We keep this data no longer than we need it. Both event data and user-level data are retained for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Aggregated reporting totals are not affected by this limit.
We rely on a small number of third-party services. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
You have the right to access, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent you have given.
The text of your signature stays in your browser, so there is nothing on our servers for us to provide or delete — clearing your browser storage removes it completely.
For images you have uploaded, send us the image address and we will delete it. For analytics data, withdraw consent using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or use Google's opt-out add-on linked above. For payment records, contact Stripe directly.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
